In the studio early January to record the follow up single from their 2007 debut EP release. 2 new tracks, the band will be working with New York Producer, Tidy Kid. Some experimental sounds to follow, how nice.

Channel J and I (two guys called josh and josh) produce their own music, and are in fact, the lead singer and guitarist in The Black Arts. This can be a pro and a con. So far, it's been a big pro. Their self titled Debut EP was given the thumbs up by Richard Kingsmill and received a position in Triple J's net 50 for 10 weeks straight, climbing as high as 11th spot. A trip to the states and back allowed the 5 piece to see the bigger picture and are humbly creating new rock'n'roll jems to be released some time in 2008. This time around, they will stay on the tracking side of the glass, and leave the dial tweaking to Tidy Kid.
