Studio A is a professional tracking and mixing studio, centred around an analogue and digital control room, with great viewing to the 3 other internal recording rooms as well as the outside foyer area, great for recording live gigs.
The 3 internal recording environments include an airlock/dead room, which is great for recording guitar amps and voice overdubs. The live room which has a 6m ceiling and spans aprox 55sq meters is great for live jazz or classical recordings, with the helpful addition of a baby grand piano. It also suits rock vocals/drums or anything needing a more open sound, with natural reverb.
The 3rd room is comonly used for drum tracking, it has double doors which can be left open, for extra room mics to be used in the live room for a bigger, bolder drum sound. The control room is acoustical treated by Fonic Systems and has monitoring by JLM (BAM).
Studio A suits everything, from demo's to high end production, bands, rap and hip hop, corporate.

We recommend you visit us if your looking to do a release recording. This gives us a chance to talk about how best to capture your sound, under the given timeline and budget, especially if you have any extra requirements, eg. studio musician hire, gear hire, abnormal booking times etc. The last reassurance you get when visiting us, is the fact that what you see is what you get. We are no bedroom studio, (unlike our humble beginnings in 1997), but a dual studio facility, of professional construction. We are also happy to answer any questions via e-mail and via the phone.
