Lee Tsoubos (classical guitarist solo)
Classical Guitarist : Lee Tsoubos
Lee Tsoubos first started playing classical guitar from the age of seven.
During his career as a classical guitarist he has gained experience through performances, recitals, examinations and international competitions.
Lee completed a degree in music performance form the QLD Conservatorium and is looking to eventually do post graduate qualifications at the Royal College of London.
He has formal qualifications from Trinity College from year 8 and beyond including a certificate in music performance.
His passion for the classical guitar has given him unlimited hours of enjoyment through playing and studying music from the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic and 20th century eras.
Being classically trained, Lee has expanded and learned other more popular styles such as Acoustic, Electric, Jazz and Flamenco, but he continues to pursue the classical guitar to the highest level and to hopefully one day be a professor of guitar himself.
Aside from being a specialist in guitar performance practice, Lee has also spent some time teaching and composing and is currently working on his latest CD specializing in
a combination of guitar and experimental music.
